copyright causes. Securing and thereafter
exercising intellectual property rights is our
business.
The Counseling The Creative® office calendar
day and hour is Greenwich Mean Time less five
hours, i.e. the Eastern Time Zone of the United
States of America.
Unless otherwise indicated, all professional
communications originate from the Heart of the
Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Bluegrass State,
World renowned for horses, the Kentucky Derby®
and more particularly the Kentucky Inventive
Corridor (KIC™).
All monetary transactions from anyone residing
outside the United States of America to Counseling
The Creative®shall be in United States Dollars
(USD, US$) and shall be conveyed via Electronic
Funds Transfer (EFT). Upon retaining Mr. Pearce,
the EFT shall be made to an account number to be
disclosed at a national bank located in Danville,
Kentucky, United States of America. Upon receipt of
funds, a corresponding acknowledgment will be sent
via electronic mail. All funds transferred will be
held in an escrow account, until Mr. Pearce has
rendered service related to the matter for which
the EFT was made.
