Who is Kenneth F. Pearce?

Practice history

Mr. Pearce has more than two decades of successful practice in providing intellectual property counsel to corporations, unincorporated businesses, other lawyers and individuals. He has prosecuted mechanical, electromechanical, electrical, optical, chemical and process applications as well as business method applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has coordinated international intellectual property rights under the Patent Cooperation Treaty as well as the Paris Convention Treaty. His adversarial representations on behalf of others include: 1) first and second chairs for infringement cases; 2) appeals to the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences; 3) and Oppositions and Cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Professional admissions and licenses

He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office; admitted to practice before the Bar of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Bar of the State of Indiana, as well as several United States Federal Courts.
